Welcome to our luxury villa in the heart of Sosua on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. Only minutes to drive to the main beautiful beaches of Sosua and the center of night life action and international dining. Our 7 bedroom villa consists of 5 bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms in the guest house opposite. The design is very modern and luxury with relaxing chill out areas around the beautiful swimming pool with a waterfall. On the main floor you will find a big outdoor dining area as well as a cosy corner to watch Tv. The main classy living room as well as a spacious kitchen will make you feel as you have just won the lottery. On the first floor you will find the 4 bedrooms, 2 master style, one of them with jacuzzi, all with A/C and high ceilings, cable tv and comfortable king and queen sized beds. On the 3rd floor is the 4th bedroom with a beautiful view, a/c and cable tv. The guest house has 2 bedrooms with A/C and cable tv, same luxury style as the main house with all the amenities you need and with a spacious terrace area in front of the pool. The villa is perfectly made for pool parties with barbecue and fancy activities. For our businessmen or friends that can’t be without their social media networks we provide high speed internet . Should the electrical power fail at times, we have our own automatic generator. Services: daily cleaning, garden and pool service, private security daily from 7 pm to 7 am.
